The current heat wave in VA has made work difficult. @farmerjan I put that neck fan thing somewhere safe for the winter.... as soon as I find it again, mgt is going to have to rip it off my neck & write me up to stop me wearing it. 
I started a new trainee Wed night. This'll be #3... and - hopefully - my replacement on night shift.
This morning I was told to shut down the machine 15mins early & go to the breakroom to be in on day shift's safety meeting.
Then they called me up in front of everyone (after sweating my a$$ off for 12hrs) and gave me this (don't know why the pict is green)
I'm happy about that..... not thrilled that they also took a picture that is going to be shown on all of the giant digital employee bulletin boards in all of the plants.
