Dangerously thin

Looked at her poo, it’s soft and she has visible white worms, about a quarter inch long, about one worm every time she poops (I broke them open to search for more) anyone know what these could be?

You should still get a fecal done on her. Collect fresh pellets and put them in a baggie and put in the refridgerator to cool down. Keep them cool and take them to the vet. The state lab only charges $15 to do a fecal, so a vet shouldn't charge you too much if you take the sample to him. Any vet should be able to do a fecal, doesn't have to be a "goat" vet.

Don’t have a pic, but a pic wouldn’t give much info anyway, she’s REALLY shaggy, like super long hair. She is about 2yrs, never freshened, dry doe. I will probably just get a fecal and get answers, I can’t see her suffer like this, the neglect of the previous owner is just sad, I won’t let it happen on my farm.

Tapeworms.
They are actually some of the easiest to treat.
You can treat with Safegard for Goats
Do not follow the dose on the label. Give 1 cc per 10lbs. This is per my vet. Treat for 5 days.

I need to make sure I’m understanding this correctly. My goat weighs 40 lbs, so give her 4cc per day for 5 days? Or just 4cc?
 
Keeping my fingers crossed for you and your goat. If anyone knows goats and health care it is @OneFineAcre ; they have some very very good goats and would not be where they are in the show world if they did not take exceptional care of them. Understand that it is a crap shoot when 1) the goats haven't been seen , and 2) guessing - hopefully correctly - what type worm you saw and described.
If nothing else, this will help to get the goat on the road to a cleaner gut tract. Maybe you can find a vet that will do a fecal without costing you an arm and a leg, and save the expensive trip to the farm. Goats and sheep are going to get worms especially if they are on any kind of pasture... some are more resistant than others.
Since you only recently became a goat owner, this will hopefully get you started down the right track...

Getting a fecal done, and as of right now, I have her on treatment that covers a broad variety of worms and a grain ration designed to bring her weight back up…will keep y’all updated.
