Dinner rabbits, Journal

Hmm, Navy buck, Rex×SF to NZW. I'm thinking he should sell over kerping a Rex×NZW, no? But he is 5/6mo now, so breeding age shortly. 🤔 Then, keep for some litters, then sell.

Sky buck, not better than mom, so she's still sticking around.

Sister to the Navy buck, but by a Rex sire, Trouble. Already replaced Navy.

Sell Steely, her daughter has to replace her.

DeVil looking like a mess. Her current Chinny litter looks a mess. But, should still sell her, as her younger sister looks much better.

Tappy×cast/rew doe is small, but not awful. Not good enough to sell Tappy, though.

Rudy×Trouble doe, which means I don't need to keep Rudy.

Tippy×Rew doe. Also not good enough to sell Tippy. And neither Tappy nor Tippy did better in their two litters so far to sell one over the other. 🫠

Which means 3 less buns.
But Rudy is a torted otter...If I want otter again, I should keep her to try for a Rex furred otter....

Berry × Chinny
The lilac(?) chin is biggest the whole time.

Sky × Trouble
Mom got sick, no milk, one kit died, culled mom. So, if any survive, one may be a replacement for Sky.

Glamor × SFs
Rich tort color. Maybe I should keep it to make tort Rex. Have a choc tort from a different litter.

Culled out 3 kits & Steely.

Tappy × Trouble
Definitely black, chocolate, blue and lilac!

Raden × Rew
I believe the flat one is a doe, need to cull her out.
The rest, I'll raise out longer.
Would be nice if the choc is the keeper, buck it's a buck, so probably wouldn't keep him long. By size, rew is the winner.

Berry × chinny
The two opal are listed/slated to be culled, shape or size.
I'm loving chinchillas now...
Hoping the lilac chin is the keeper. Rew, then blue by size. Blue over rew by shape.

Coral × chinny
Lilac chin is much larger, hoping she ends up being the keeper.
