Bought 'em two weeks ago and i've already cleaned : A pair of chaps, the pony saddle I bought, the roping saddle I bought needs some more oilingOh, it was clear.. Hope they clean up well for you.
For "Before and After" pictures there has to be a drastic change in the saddle, and I'm working on a saddle that I took a "Before" picture of, but it has yet to be completely cleaned.Every town or area usually has a FB group. Those groups become the news source for what’s happening locally plus garage sale notices, things for sale, public service announcements and so on.
I’ve seen reels where old saddles are taken apart and made into beautiful purses, but you would need a heavy duty commercial sewing machine for that, or you could use a leather punch and buck stitch the pieces together. Keep that in mind for those old saddles missing pieces!
Where are the before and after pictures? You could post those on the local FB groups and possibly garner customers for cleaning their saddles!
PICTURES!! We want PICTURES!!
Auctions can be dangerous...I swear that auctioneer could get me to buy a tractor if I lived in the city
