If it was her teeth...wouldn't she be eating less and losing weight? She eats hay all day no problem!

Not necessarily. It might not bad enough to put her off her feed. Keep an eye on her for signs of pain and distress. Does she grind her teeth when she is not eating? Listen closely, sometimes it's easier to hear teeth grinding than to observe it on a fuzzy, fat-cheeked bunny.

Well her drooling seems to have stopped. Her face is still clean and dry today 
I got a good look at her teeth again yesterday and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. And no teeth grinding either.
