Today is day 145 from exposure. Is this early labor signs? First time goat delivery here for both of us.

She's still in with the other goats. Should be separate her?Definitely looks like you're on count down! How exciting!!!!
If she's in her kidding pen, leave her be and check in every half hour or so. She'll go off feed, start acting super restless, pawing and making a "nest" in her bedding, getting up and down, and finally start pushing with noticable contractions.
I try to keep my intrusions to a minimum until I see them actively pushing with contractions....then I'll stay at the barn and keep an eye on my ewes/does from a safe distance and only intervene if there's an obvious issue.
once the baby is on the ground I let mama clean them off real good first, then I'll go in and disinfect the umbilical cord with an iodine spray, and then get back out so as not to disrupt the bonding process too much.
Good luck and definitely keep us updated with lots of pics of the baby!
It's personal preference, really, but I do, just to make sure the mamas have space to safely give birth without being harrassed by the rest of the herd that are all curious about what's going on. It also makes sure the new baby doesn't accidentally get trampled in all the excitement. She's still in with the other goats. Should be separate her?
