Another drumroll....@minihorses helped my electronically challenged mind with this phone.... So will try posting some pictures.....

You did good! Looks like a fun bunch. But most importantly - did you bring home any critters?

OMG it worked.... on the phone.....
I got 2 guinea hens for one of my farmers... they were nice and reasonable... there were ALOT of guineas there... but many were half grown and could not be sure of male or female... he'd like a half dozen.... but these were healthy and pretty much grown... some were very high priced for what they were...
dropped them off at the farm on the way home...
Talked to DS... he and GF took 4 barrels of water to pen for cow when I put her in later... and actually worked on fixing the tin on the roof there that has been folded over and such forever... AND he tried some stuff on little ranger at my house and said he needs to get the coil because it is not the plugs...
So all I have to do it go up in a minute and see about getting the cow back in, feeding her some grain, and taking a partial bottle for the calf so her own calf gets plenty to eat and then betsy's calf can get some too... hoping her milk will increase from the grain feeding...

It was hot.... and still 80 here at 6 pm ....

We had fun... nice visit...

I did not bring home anything except those 2 guinea hens for the farmer... but I did get the name and phone number of a guy that has the Vorwerk chickens I liked... and they are south of me... wanted way more than I wanted to pay for adult birds...and they were young birds so not fully feathered or able to see type etc.... but I said I would like to get hatching eggs in the spring... so I will contact them and it is in the direction/area of where we go to Dr appts.... my chiropractor etc and so on.... WONDERFUL......
Few things purchased by others... they can brag on their "goodies".

Gilmanor Fall Poultry Swap........Very warm temps.... Another great day. 4 BYH members and a potential 5th !!!!
Had a great visit. Walked and visited and Sat on feed bags in shed and ate some lunch.
L to R....canesisters, fuzzi, farmerjan, mini horses....and potential new member? Colleague and friend of canesisters....
Pretty soon we'll have our own ball team.

I'm a week behind getting caught up on here. I'm so sorry about your Jersey!!!! But glad that the calf sends to have been adopted by another cow.?

It was a very good day at the swap!!!!
So good to get to spend a little time with yall again.
