Malt-O-Meal hot cereal
is a quick-cooking wheat farina that provides a warm, hearty breakfast and is an excellent source of iron and folic acid. It is available in Original and Chocolate flavors and can be purchased from various online and physical retailers.

I grew up with it. It was probably my favorite hot cereal. Wasn't a fan of oatmeal. Even now my favorite oatmeal is steel cut. My son still buys the chocolate.

Got about 5 inches out there, still spitting some... got to go to DS house to give dog his shot and then go feed some hay because he texted that they will need it if we got much snow....I am not very happy about getting texts of things that need to be done....
Well, started the diesel truck I bought back in the spring, 4x4 , and going to go check cows/calves and then see if I can go feed some of this hay....

Got the hay fed, it takes me time since I am not near as fast or proficient with the truck....
Did not get the samples packed, and don't know if I am going to get them done and dropped off UPS by 6. I am beat.... and don't know if the backache or the headache I developed is worse... The head is just stress, making sure I got it done... Have to go test in the morning, and still need to go back up to give the dog another shot... samples might wait for drop off tomorrow... can do that with the ones from tomorrow morning at the same time... they won't go out uintil Monday, but they will be there ready to go out...

Did not get to the feed store to get the new protein/molasses/energy tubs for the heifers at snyder's... that was on my list/plan of things to do... feeding this hay was not... Did all the chickens here and at DS house yesterday, the sheep and everyone..... so they should have been okay... want to get the blue pullets moved here maybe tomorrow...
The grommets came already... SUPER FAST, and the anchor screws came yesterday afternoon late... Might try to work on that tomorrow... for the chickens.

My little langshan hen is laying some... have gotten 2 eggs in the last 4 or 5 days... surprised me... so that is nice...

I am tired... Yesterday, Thurs.. Hung a load of clothes to take advantage of the warmer sun.... I went and gave dog his shot, then went and took forester to see about the slow leak... tire had a small slice between the treads... they put a "patch" inside and then I ran down to the bank to deposit a check DS needed done, 15 miles....... Then went and set up meters at the farm for testing...7 miles opposite direction.... went to our farm and checked for babies, and that is when I found the calf dead up by the hay ..... buzzards were up there and then I found it... have no idea what happened ... it was 10 days old... on a cow that was going to go to snyders as she is old and was not going to get bred back..but get sold after she raised this calf. Now she will get sold sooner... The others are doing okay... no one looking like they were going to calve right away...
Then went back to DS and fed and watered all the chickens, watered the sheep (they have a partial roll ) came home and brought the clothes back in and put the sample bottles in the car and then stopped and did the dog's shot again and went to test... Got home after 8:30...
Up This morning at 4 to check the weather... ate a bowl of cereal, cleaned off the car and let it warm up a bit... was in the arn at 5:30... tested, went and did the computer work, printed reports and went to barn and got the meters put back in the car.... came home, brought stuff in the house...
Went to the farm, checked for babies, then got in the "bale truck" and went to do this hay feeding... Couple hours later as I am not very fast, and it was snowy so I was going slower and all that... finally got back home a bit ago...

Got to go do the dog's shot and then come home and do a few things... it is pushing dark with the clouds and all...
