As far as I can tell, the flooding only went within about 10' of hinotori's pens. So I think safe, but that was on Sunday, so not 100% certain.

Not as bad of flooding as the year it rained on the snow. Stream is just overflowed. About 40 feet into the yard. Good 60-70 feet from the silkie pens
