We made some at our daughter's, left a quart for them and brought one home for us.

Strawberry rhubarb pie is the best. Your pie came out beautiful.
My grandfather liked to eat rhubarb cooked down but with NO sweetener.

Same! I have no idea how he could eat it like that. I like sour and tart things but not to that level.
