Goat is in heat?

Assuming that my goat is in heat, is there anything I can do to bring her comfort, aside from bringing a buck?

Not really. A heat only last 1 to 3 days. So in a day or two she will be back to normal. A goat goes into heat every 18-21 days and as I said only lasts 1-3 days. She's fine and nothing needs to be done.
