Goats allowed as pets?

I love goats and have been considering getting one or two as pets. Any tips or info would be helpful and if anyone knows whether or not they are even allowed as pets within city limits in Oklahoma City or Edmond. I appreciate it!

I don't know the answer to your question.

But, I will suggest that you hit "Report" on your own post and ask a Moderator to move it to the Where am I? Where are you! section. I think you might get some better feed back there.

And maybe change your post title to show that you are in OK...maybe "Goats allowed as pets in OK City?"...

You can call the town hall and ask if they can point you to the right department and ask your question directly to the city. Whether you keep them as pets or livestock they are gonna be considered livestock by city ordinance and you need to find out if livestock is allowed and what restrictions are listed if they are.
