Do the poultry farmers raise the white meat chickens, called Cornish Cross in America? I usually raise them every spring, in 2-3 months I can have a years supply of chicken. I slaughter them myself and vacuum seal the parts.
Yes they do raise the Cornish Cross in commercial farms where Temperature is tightly controlled, yet many also raise local well adapted highly resistant breeds that can easily survive harsh climate.

The ears on your local breed of goats are about twice as long as the typical Nubian ears we see. Probably because the ears are what the goats use to cool their body temps
down. Nubians have long ears because they originally came from North Africa. Here in super cold areas in the USA Nubians have to have winter shelter because they can get frostbite on their ears. Different problems for different ranchers in different climates and geographical areas. :)

Your sheep look like a fat tailed breed. They are also colored similar to the Dorper breed from South Africa, but Dorpers don't have horns.

Next question, what are the local chicken breeds and do you have any pictures? We do love pictures and it is fun having farming conversations with people in other countries.
Some local breeds are Habhab, Dandarawi, Red Sayafi and Fayomi
