Not totally sure if this site is only for farm pet animals, because we do have ours for self-sustainability and definitely raise a large part of our own meat.
I am here because I'd like to learn more about sheep herding and of course expand my knowledge about the goats, there is ALWAYS something new to learn

Anyone here is welcome. Pets, commercial, raising them is the same. Animal husbandry is a fascinating subject and you never know everything. After many years I always find new info from others.

This is a pretty self sustaining type forum. We love our animals, raise with care and those harvested are done so with thankfulness and respect, humanely as we can. Many gardeners of course. You will find a great deal of experience, always willing to help and share in a good way. It's a positive group.
