Hi Everyone:

I've lurked here on and off for a couple of years, and am amazed at the amount of good information on this site. I've a small hobby farm in central Iowa raising Katahdins (23 head, 13 of which should start dropping lambs any day now) and a mixed flock of dual-breed chickens for eggs and meat. I look forward to learning and interacting with the members here. Thanks for such a good site!

Greetings and welcome to BYH from NE Texas. Glad you finally graduated from lurker status! Always great to have other experienced herdsfolk participate :D Since you've already done a bit of browsing, you've probably "met" many of the great Sheeple we have here. Looking forward to your posts and hopefully pictures ;) I hope to be getting Katahdins and a Dorper ram some time in the next year. Started with my goats first.
