Wow I found this site a few days ago and I love it. Well let me tell you a little about my self. My wife and I started a little Urban farm called MJ's Urban Farm http://www.mjsurbanfarm.com/default.html a few months back I went grocery shopping with the wife and noticed to proces of everything 5.99 a pound for chicken breasts, 4.99 for pork chops. it is just the 2 of us and we spent 190.00 on food for 1 week. Well we decided to make a change not knowing where this food came from or how it was raised with those prices we decided to start the farm.
We already had 9 chickens and enjoyed the fresh eggs, so we are getting into the rabbits, Quail, Ducks and of course HUGE garden. As everyone knows starting out is expensive that is why I started the site to share with family and friends.
