Hi all, I am in the northern part of alberta , I have been raising chickens and bronze Turkeys for the past 3 years , Well trying I seem to be feeding the bears and a few coyotes .... guess they got to eat too

Any ways this year I am going to try and raise some pigs. I am planning on about 4 to 5 . I have the shelter planned and I have my own hammer mill to help reduce the cost of feed. So if you got some ideals I am open to some suggestions

Dam coyotes eh - I see them every day circling around here and there seems more and more each year, they are soooo big and healthy????? At least there are no bears here

I thought ONT was have issues with coyotes? So how is the weather over there? This year been amazing we generally battle 40 below all winter but we have had almost two months of amazing weather -20 and as high as +4 .


So what are you raising ?
