How common is it for a goat to have kidding problems?

How common is it for a goat to have problems kidding? (having to have a C-section etc.) Is it more common in nigerian dwarfs vs larger breeds? Is there a particular breed that is more prone to kidding problems?

Nigerians are actually great kidders!!! I've heard the Pygmy bred is prone to have more trouble birthing.

A breeder I talked to assured me that Nigerians (she has boer, Oberhasli, and Nigerians) are the best kidders. Said they have easy, non eventful births, at least compared to her other breeds.
