This made me laugh with a memory! My sis adopted a Chi something during the height of the dot com era. He was returned three times, before my sis met him.

He was very very challenging. And barky. So she got a bark collar. It cured him of barking within days. Later, if he was really acting up, she'd put the bark collar on and wouldn't you know? He would make blephing noises out the sides of his mouth, so that he wouldn't be zapped. I loved that puppy dot com. Cisco, Aunt Murphys loved you!!

I had one extreme barker years ago that would bark, wait exactly how long the timer was before it reset then bark again, rinse and repeat all day... just to keep from having the audible alert from going off.
Smart when he wanted to be.

Today's adventure in goats...
Building a pallet shed.
It started with this load

We built the roof first then dragged everything into the backyard, aka goat pen.
After a lot of explaining and arguing we got this far before we had to give up for the day.

We shoved the plastic pallets in there to block off escape routes until I can finish the walls.
Here's where we stopped......

More work to be done and needs a few more pallets but they hav a place to sleep and I now have a place to set up feed and hay.
The mess behind will be dragged out tomorrow afternoon to make room for goat entertainment ideas.
