Is is possible......?

So I bred my goats WAY too early and they were due on Valentine's Day. Every single goat got fat. Every single goat got udders full of milk/cholostrum. Every single goat went so far as to even play the part of a goat getting ready to have a baby (pawing the ground, up and down, up and down, scratching at the clean straw......) Well, it's mid March and no babies. Have you ever heard of a case where 4 goats (my whole herd) had a false pregnancy? Is that even possible? I had a horse do it once. I had a dog who did it every single year but four goats at once? Is there perhaps an alternative diagnosis? Now I'm worried about my cow. What if she's pulling a falsie on me too?????

Do they still look pregnant, still have udders? have growing stomachs or do they look less pregnant than they did a month ago?

I'm positive the dates were correct because I wanted to feed their milk to my baby cow who is due on my mother's birthday. I figured if the goaties delivered on Valentine's day they'd pretty much be at peak production by the time the calf was born so even if I have twins we'll be able to feed them. And even if the dates were wrong by a day or even as much as a week the cow is now due in a month. I just don't see how I could have made that HUGE of a mistake.

With all the snow and yet another new injury I'm unable to actually get out there and feel them up but the little pygmy and the younger Nubian still look just as pregnant as they did before (this observation made from my bathroom window). The other two goats look MORE pregnant than they did a month ago with my little alpine showing more udder than I've ever seen on her since when we got her last year it was straight from her first freshening. The other Nubian is older and I need her to stop this as I think she's going to detach her udder.

well, they must be pregnant then. I was wondering if they aborted, they will still have some what of an udder if they abort at 3 to 4 months, but they would look much thinner. you should have also seen some discharge from them aborting. It is possible to get a kidding disease and loose them all. sounds to me like your kidding dates are wrong and they are still pregnant.
