I made these over the weeknd, and they were delicious! Thanks for the recipe. I think the longer they are in the herbed olive oil, the better they will taste. I am not planning on keeping them refrigerated more than 2-3 weeks, though.

Glad they turned out well for you. Mine never last very long. But, I have yet to have them go "goatie" on me.
