You would get sleep in the rain if you put in soundproofing insulation in between the steel outside walls and the drywall. Mike Holmes on Holmes on Homes showed a neat way of soundproofing an apartment with this different type of drywall...can't remember exactly what he and his crew used. Plus with the steel walls you'd have to put in a bit of pink insulation to keep out the cold if used in a Canadian winter like the crap we get up here.
Hey, here's another plus with this structure: IT WILL NEVER BURN DOWN. It is virtually fire proof!
