Hmm how many languages to learn at once for max confusion...
I have very basic French, zero Spanish, and zero Italian. The parent company of my new job is Italian.

Should I try to learn that or continue learning Spanish and refresh my French. To add to chaos, they are all related romance languages so I kinda can guess the Italian on drawings.

Sometimes auto correct makes changes that make no sense to me -- to the point I'm not even sure what I was actually saying sometimes! 🤪. On occasion, it's corrected the change I made to first correction. Guess it didn't believe me.
I deactivated auto-cowrekt on my phone. I still make typos, but not changes into entirely different words.

So what do people with livestock do when you live in hurricane evacuation zone?
- Take your livestock with you? How do you keep them from overheating while stuck in traffic?
- Do you set them up to ride it out?

Pretty much any new property will be in one zone or another.

When a major hurricane is coming, people outside the evacuation area post online their offer of pastures and barns for horses being evacuated.

Zone 3 behind Galveston Island, let the island take the hit. Get a trailer your animals can fit in, keep the numbers down to what you can load up and run with. If work isn’t letting you go, then send hubby, kids and trailer ahead. Get some portable panels that you can tie to the side of the trailer so you can make your own pen if necessary. I’d say stop here, but I’m not far enough inland. Often times, towns with rodeo arenas open up to people with livestock. There are usually stalls that you could use or make your own pen.
Secret is, leave early. Coming from that area, there is Interstate 45 that ends on Galveston and goes through Houston, Highway 146 out of Beaumont that would be crowded, or Highway 59, future Interstate 69. All would be heavy traffic and horrible.

You could take I-45 to Huntsville and catch Highway 19. That would be less traveled and a good highway to upper East Texas, Canton or further north. Have gas cans on hand, in back of truck, spare truck and trailer tires. Snacks and drinks in the truck for the kids.
