I am! He was so anxious and upset that I didn't want to slap a saddle on him and ride "do or die". He needed this time to calm down, relax and be home.

Max is in his shelter munching on hay.
He has a small pen but it’s big enough for him to move around or lay down and roll on his back.

Max got his hooves trimmed today. He was very good, stood well, didn't fuss or give any trouble. His hooves weren't in bad shape, he just needed a trim.
I'm excited for you to feel better so you can start riding him!
