Vet thought he felt a tear, but wasn't sure, as it seemed odd. So, watching mom for signs of sepsis.
Head was seriously wedged in there. Took a ton of effort and time to her head out, then other leg went mia for awhile.
Baby made it through the night. Silent. Zebu are so weird vs how vocal lambs and ewes are. Zebu hum, "hm! Hm!".
Cammie is a great momma.

Wow, sounds like a close call. Glad that things are going ok so far. 🤞 for more good. Brilliant using the shower stall for overnight.

OK - I know nothing about calves, so there's that - but is there a tendon issue with the front legs? Or is that normal for this age? Seems to be getting better than in the first video.

Zebu are highly prone to gumby legs. They tighten up soon. But she was yanked around by her legs quite a bit, so left foot is also weaker than usual. Noticed she's a bit "windswept" in the rear and crossed in front, but starting to unfold and get stronger.
