Dang!! And my girls are slowing way down. Like 50% less. Sigh.
My girls were laying really good during the summer and I don't eat eggs very often. It's difficult to find a way to use them before they go bad so I just figured that I can just play Betty Crocker and give the kids and grandkids some homemade goodies. I was happy with him showing up to buy some of the eggs though because last month I had somewhere in the neighborhood of 19 - 21 dozen.

I had a lot through the summer - supplied a friend and DS&DDIL as well as us. We're at least 2 eggs a day - breakfast sandwiches rule. And now that it's cooler outside I'm playing around with baking changing up those S cookies with different things.

I'm not really the baker type but I did get the chocolate chip cookie dough made and I tried the sugar cookie dough but I failed so I just decided to find something else to do.
