Summer's long days and warmer weather make it the perfect season to tackle those homestead projects you've been putting off. Whether you're upgrading your chicken coop, building a new goat shelter, installing rainwater barrels, or simply improving your fencing, there’s always something to be done on a backyard farm!

We’d love to know what you’re working on — or planning to do. Cast your vote below and feel free to share pics or tips in the comments!

Hopefully repurposing a small arena to put in a small barn to wean sheep and/or keep rams. With the predator issues - mainly coyotes the sheep need a place for night time.
