Considering this definition....
"Peacock pattern: Called Cou Claire or Cou Blanc in dairy goats, the peacock pattern is always lighter on the head and neck, and darker on back of body"


do any of you have good photos of some examples of a peacock pattern in your goats?

and would you consider this little girl peacock patterned??

yes I looked at that earlier. the second photo is how my girl looks.... only in blue.

none of my other blues are colored like this ...... I just think its an interesting characteristic.

I do agree its interesting.. I also got to say I think she is adorable. I myself have 3 fainters (doe and her bucklings) and I love them... hopefully you can figure out her color and pattern

thanks. Her name is Bubbles LOL she is registered as a blue.
Mostly I was just curious what peacock pattern was. (since I raise 40-50 peafowl)

My sister has a peacock doe.. I will post a picture of her tomorrow of I remember.
