Tomorrow after we all stuff ourselves we will have to come here and share how good our versions of this pie were. I have just enough left over pumpkin in the can to make pumpkin muffins for breakfast tomorrow!!!! SWEET!

It was soooooooo good! Thanks for sharing the recipe. It was so easy to make and so yummy! I can't wait until I have more room in my belly to sneak another piece tonight. 
The candied pecans on the bottom were a great addition!

I'll resurrect this post!
Just made 2 pumpkin cheesecakes. 1 regular and 1 modified. The modified one has some pecans that were toasted with butter and sugar on the bottom and the sour cream topping I posted on here before. Taking both to a holiday get together today. I'll see which one they like better.

Ooooh...it's been a few years since I've made my dairy-free pumpkin maple cheesecake! It's sooo yum ee!
I still have to figure out what I'm cooking for Christmas...but it won't be a big deal cause it'll just be the three of us. I do need to make banana bread for everyone though.
