It is extra tough when you struggle so much with them, too. You get so much more attached. And no one really understands unless they have critters, especially goats.....my friends with house pets don't really seem to get it sometimes that I am just as attached to my barn critters, especially the babies.

I was rocking her in my arms and telling her it was alright to go. My Husband was even hurt by it. I would rather have her go in my arms then to die alone. I get hurt by it but I also have a pretty good attitude about it. You can only do what you can do...G
