Well our landlord is elderly and in terrible health. He always did his own repairs but now we wait literally months for things to get fixed. The only time he rushed and sent someone over was when I called him to tell him that sparks was flying out of our ceiling fan. Also we have huge packrats bigger than our chihuahua and cockroaches that we cannot get rid of. My daughters think we have black mold in our bathroom and says that's probably why I am sick so much. We want to move whether we get a loan or not. Just looking and praying for something to get us out of here.

Where I live loans are common. Just don't over extend your self. It's as easy to get a loan in the country as it is in town. No sweat. I got my loan when I turned 21. I didn't see the point of paying some ones elses house payment for them to get rich. Like @Latestarter said payments might be about the same just depends on what u find.
