Got the ram lambs all separated out. Phew - what a job. Well - it wasn't that bad, I liked it. But it was a tad noisy -- baaaaa baaaa baaaaa. I got a text from my neighbor down the road (1/2 mile-ish) checking to see if everything was ok as they heard a lot of baaaa-ing. A good neighbor - she has/had the goats and the LGDs that occasionally came to visit. Texted her back that all was well, and I bet she could hear our commotion - it was deafening up here! She laughed
So they are all separated out, still some calling and calling back - but they are really more interested in the alfalfa. Boys.
Oh course, with all sheep chores around here help was definitely needed and Obi and Zo made it a lot easier than it would be without them. The stop gate and Premiere 1 panels helped a lot as well.
