Lot of dog movement there...gotta be tiring.
They're in good shape :) . When they are on a big graze area they will lay down for a bit. But the drive to keep moving is strong. Even then they are constantly watching, adjusting, etc. And - when I force either to stay longer the sheep end up needing to be shifted. Tis not the border collie style of herding.

I watch videos of working border collies. They are basically told every movement. Brilliant smart dogs, but if they are so smart, shouldn't you be able to just tell them to go get the sheep? Your dogs work with little input from you because you have trained them, then let them do what they do best. I trained my dogs, they guard and I don't have to tell them anything. I just realized that I am spoiled and lazy. Go in the house, go to sleep, the dogs got this and I am not worried. :lol:
