I believe in a heaven where I will be with my loved ones - including my dogs and horses. I am planning on RIDING over the rainbow bridge on Dazzle with my dogs leaping and bounding around me. Then I will have a wonderful time playing bridge with DH and those I loved in this life. LOL

Revelations says Jesus will come back riding on a white horse. I sent Joe to him. That is Joe's eye as my avatar. :love :love :love
And mounted upon more horses behind Him will be an army from Heaven, not angels, but supposedly those who trusted in Him. I'm looking forward to finally horseback riding without falling. :D =D

(if anyone is interested it's in Revelation 19:14)

Thanks all - that means a lot to me. ❤️
Been out grazing this week. It helps. Of course - quiet and peace all in one.

Just doing work with Obi, Zo hurt his toe. I'm using cold laser on Zo and it's doing well - of course being the goofball that he is , Zo keeps managing to limp some everyday. Not much slows that boy down (except for a leash of course and yes, I use one).
Obi is loving being the only worker out in the morning. All his old work habits dropping right into place. Of course there's a little "I know better" from him. Dang if he's right more than I am. He just knows things before they are going to happen.

And doing some clean up around the barn and turn out.

More clean up on the roadside.

I'm looking forward to seeing what I get when the California Red, and the CA Red x Dorset cross are shorn.
I'll have to decide if I'll keep them. Don't know anything about fleeces - I'll learn fast. As a sheep to keep -
the jury is out. They are fine to be around, but not the greatest at sticking with the rest of the flock. They each have a mind of their own and it takes a lot of dog to convince them otherwise. They're not a danger to the dog(s) so there's that. Time will tell.
OH - and my two black ewes - the last week they have suddenly gotten broad abeam. :celebratelooks like they got bred close to the time I took the ram out. I'd given up hope on them. Yesterday looked like one would pop, so I left both at the barn. Of course nothing happened (probably because I didn't have anything I HAD to do - just waiting until there is I guess). So today they were out doing "clean up grazing" with the rest.

Spent rain recovery time today -- harrowing/dragging arenas and Obi went for the ride.
He, of course enjoyed it.

I started working the ram and ram lambs into the trailer this morning.
They've now had a few chances to "load up" --and as the saying goes -
Third time's a charm (not going with the - A drowning man goes down three times).Hmm why always three??

I'll be taking weights on all of the lambs -- figuring out which will head to the auction.
Only 2 or 3 of the ram lambs will go. For sure the two light brown ones as they are the smallest.

Got all the lambs weighed this morning. Almost a 10# gain for each of them since the last weigh in on 12/31.
All the ram lambs now easily and quickly hop into the trailer! YAY
Working on the ewe lambs and ewes -- they're getting the idea -
You want me to do what???

Of course Miss Piggy (on the right) would jump in first -- living up to her name.
A handful of ewe lambs, Silver and 1 or 2 ram lambs (two if one of my buyers doesn't get back to me)
will make the trip tomorrow.
