Out grazing again. Sheep are eating everything in sight - not being picky like they have been in previous years. Wonder why?? Nothing has really changed. Rain is supposed to move in around noon so we were out for a few hours and then put them in the pasture. I'll move them to and into the barn when the rain starts.

Yup, I've got a few of those.That was 6/10 of an inch. But even so - we are that dry. Too little too late. We should've had most of our rain Nov-Feb. So far this year we have about 4.3 inches of rain total. This year I've finally figured out to keep track of the rain in the journal. It'll be interesting to see what it is for the year.Why are the hills turning brown with 6" of rain? Too little too late?
