Sheep with Orf

I have a lamb that I suspect has orf. He has dark brown bumpy scabby places on his lips. I have heard that it's not really treatable and you pretty much have to let it run its course. Would you quarantine the sheep in question by itself? Is there anything you can do to make the sheep more comfortable? Any other things I should know?
I'm hoping to contain the spread as best as I can since I'm about to sell a bunch of sheep and I don't want to have a months delay while everyone recovers from orf.

Absolutely quarantine! It will take several weeks to heal up. Make sure other sheep can’t touch him through the wire.
