My issue (of my own making) with this bookmark is how long it is. I read the pattern dimensions before I purchased and it was roughly 2" x 9". The longest ones I've looked at/bought were 7" max. 2" more might not seem that much bigger but we're talking about a small object. It might only be good for keeping a spot in a dictionary or large cookbook.
I wish I had realized how much of a difference that would make before I bought it, but oh, well.

This one is pretty simple! Bigger blocks of color and hardly any outlining. I guess stitching big blocks of the same color can be a little tedious but I enjoy it.

I'm hoping I have time to finish it today. That undone red section will be a small dragon. Well see how much time I have. I'm cooking/bringing a friend a meal since she had a baby last week.
