I have a similar plan! Last night I got out (the pieces of) a granny square afghan that I started in 2004. I never wove in the yarn ends, so my goal now is to weave all those in and then crochet all the squares together. Probably take me years.I have a large killer whale project that I haven't touched in literal years.The plan is to start working on that again.

Well, here is the bag of squares to give you an idea of how many I have to do. 8 tails per square. I get distracted watching television, so it took me 45 minutes to do one square!

I think that's my favorite part about it.
It will be once I can figure out the best configuration. Right now I hate it as I adjust to using it. I initially Had it set up as if I was left-handed which I'm not so DDH switched it for me. Apparently I like to hold the hoop really close to my face even though I'm not blind so that's been an adjustment.
