With that said, he is trying to trade a backhoe he bought for my labor/skills on finishing the house after drying it in and wants a comprehensive list of what I will do in trade. Not exactly what I want to do.
List would include septic, rough in plumbing, electrical, framing interior walls (which is minor), putting drywall up (I'm not feeling it in drywall section) and insulating it. I feel that much work is worth more than what he considers worth $8700 by the price he paid for the backhoe when he only paid $8200 for it. I see only $6k in that machine.
