Does anyone put anything in their pigpens for the pigs to play with? We have a very large pen with a tree in the middle - we could hang something from the tree, or just put something in the pen for them to push around (maybe instead of their food dish).

I have a pot belly, and gave him a kick ball. I have seen other places where they use basketballs and such for them.

Yes we do a pool usually or a hole in the ground we fill it with the hose or put a sprinkler in the hole or near it of course when weather is good. Old piece of garden hose, old shoes, old tire, and balls. They love the feed bags the plastic noisy type

I would be concern of them popping a ball.....If you want a ball then what bout a bowling ball?

It depends on the size of their pen, and what it's like? Is it a large pen with varied ground types? (Such as grass, dirt, high weeds, etc) Is there a mud pit, or water for them to wallow around in? I would suggest giving them either a pool or a mud pit. Also, when you feed them, scattering food or treats is a good idea. You can use toddler toys for them, and large pumkins are always great!!
It's not hard to find toys your pigs will love, especially if they involve something edible!!

My friend told me to get our pigs a bowling ball, said they always give their pigs one. Helps build up muscle too.

We just dumped a load of goat poop/straw into their pen and they LOVE it....it was really big, two dump trailers full and they just love digging and tossing/rolling in it. Plus they are spreading and working it into our next year's garden area! We also fill up an area they they have rooted for them to have mud baths/wallow.

My pig liked tires and balls, hanging toys by ropes like balls/tires can be fun for them.
