Waiting on Lambs in 2025

I was so stupid to breed this late. 1 lamb nearly dead from fly strike, from tail banding, tail gone already. 1 had only surface maggots on anus. Rest fly free. Won't be banding any more lambs this year, nor breeding this late again.

Everyone got tagged and checked out tough enough to go out, so they did!
Tiny kept loosing track of fat ma, but she eventually remembered he exists.

So depressing. Tatiana lost her twins. The sacks failed to break and they suffocated. I'm so mad at myself for not checking in earlier....She's never lost a lamb, never needed help birthing, lambs always up and nursed well in 10min or less...Was hoping for a ewe to replace her with, but the m/f twins died...Cold by the time I found them. I feel so bad for T. Sire was Mag.


In positive news...Seadra had a big, spunky spot ramling. Moved into the barnyard. Sire is Mag.

I hate these breaks in lambing. Worse yet, is how long the season is...Ugh, wtf was I thinking...Waiting through to end of July.

The tall grass really doesn't help when doing daily checks.

Stupid ewe! Do I sell her off or try again? Looks like one was spotted. Other, decomposed in the body cavity??
Found today, probably 1-3 days old. Ewe isn't interested at all, not talking nor looking for lambs, udder still large, sunken sides.
This is the idiot that kept getting cast. One baby died from it? Other seemed full term from size and wool amount.
Idk, I'm so sick of sheep. Will probably sell her off. Realizing that my spot ewes are no good, I need new spot ewes with new genetics. Mine don't produce anything how everyone else is from my sheep! Wtf! So, I might as well sell more off to be able to get one spot ewe.
