    i was told i was buying abmini rex. but when i was reading about them just now, it said they had nice fur. the one i have has like wirey fur Thats not very soft and she is aggressive

    Return her to the place you bought her....don't buy from them again, they can't even sex a rabbit and now misrepresented the breed ?

    I agree with @B&B Happy goats ...return the rabbit!
    Rex rabbits are the easiest rabbits to identify just by looking at and feeling their fur...if you got a real rex, there would be no guessing

    This is a Mini Rex. About 4 lbs, with a coat that is only about 1/2" long and so dense, it pretty much stands straight up. I haven't ever met a rabbit with a "wiry" texture to its coat; the closest I could think of would be the coat of an Astrex (curly as well as short). :idunno
