Will she get pneumonia?Bottle baby strangled on milk....

I have a 6 week old doeling,mixed breed,named Squirt.I have posted about her before. I noticed she got strangled on her bottle yesterday.I didn't think much about it at first.I noticed this morning her bottle nipple hole has got really bigger.Shes' a really good eater and just tears into her bottle.I replaced the nipple with one with a smaller hole like she had before.I heard her kinda gurgle alittle this afternoon while feeding her.She had to slow down because of the new nipple and she was trying to talk while sucking.I wonder if she could have sucked some milk into her lungs?She eats like a pig and has no health issues at all.Do I need to watch for signs that she would be getting sick from that?I have LA 200 but I won't use it unless needed.I just wondered if it was normal for babies to get too excited and get strangled while sucking a bottle?Watch should I watch for?Do I need to do anything else/different?Thanks

I've had em hack and cough and choke and slobber...you name it. Never had one truly aspirate, though. At least, not to my knowledge, which means I never had one get *sick* from it. Keep an eye out, of course, but I'd say she's fine.
