Wish I could talk goats ALL DAY!

Is anyone else as obsessed as I am? I really just wanna sit and talk about goats and deal with goats all day long! Unfortunately I also have alot of other priorities that must come first. I have five children and I love them to pieces but they drive me nuts sometimes Plus we homeschool three of them and I have two babies. I really wish I could work with a goat registry organization processing registrations and goat paperwork I just LOVE goats so much, they are so much fun!

Sorry, I'm afraid you aren't the only one with this problem. As I type this, DH and a helper are out there ENLARGING THE GOAT BARN. He has also caught the fever.

I don't know what to do, if it were alcohol we could go to AA, but is there a GA??

Most afflicted people do not seem to want to overcome the addiction.

Hey, maybe you could offer goat classes to newbies or wannabees and get paid to talk about goats for hours??? And then sell the students a couple of goats on top of that....

My mom won't call me anymore........because all I talk about is goats ....I don't have any goat friends except my goats...and you guys. DH has caught that same fever, he has plans for rows of pens this summer and he visits and talks to our buck everyday, he is expanding our bucks pen, because he feels sorry for him. GOATS

I GUESS I'M LUCKY, I HAVE A FRIEND THAT RAISES KIKO=BOER'S AND A COUPLE OF NUBIES, SHE HAS ABOUT 60 HEAD SO WE TALK GOATS ALL THE TIME, I'M SURE MY KIDS ARE SICK OF ME TALKING ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME, AND THEN THERE'S MY GRANDDAUGHTER WHO SHARES THE LOVE WITH ME, WE STARTED HER A MONEY JAR, AND SHE SAY'S SHE SAVING UP TO BUY A FARM,!!!! YES I COULD TALK ALL DAY LONG ABOUT THEM

Noone will talk to me either about my goats. Everyone laughs at me and tell me I am obsessed. Oh well. Glad there are other goat lovers like me out there.

Even though my family and friends "like" my goats, they still say I'm so weird...

Edit: I should add that no one complains about how weird I am when I make them cheese and soap.

My DH was recently told that he was weird because his phone is full of goat pictures...not many of me or the human kids

At least I can talk goat all day to my DH and he understands...but yeah, I get the "OK, let's talk about something else" look from everyone else.

ha ha! i have two preggo does, two does to go pick up, and plans for another doe to buy in spring... no dad, i'm not taking over... why would you say that?
