It's a hybrid! All hybrids look funny! Seriously, I've seen gourds with bumps like that, but the ones I know are usually ornamental gourds...have you tasted it yet?

garden=which brings an interesting question. What is this? I have posted it on TEG too. One response thinks maybe some type of gourd. It was suppose to be acorn squash.

I haven't tasted it yet. It's been suggested that they are overripe summer squash. I will have to pick some that aren't as orange and see.
