Are any of you doing any hydroponic gardening? If so what are they pros and cons? Any tips you can offer?
Thanks in advance

My neighbor had three commercial greenhouses he grew hydroponic tomatoes in for Safeway. Other than that, I dunno :) Sorry I couldn't be of any help.

I have been building hydroponic systems for years. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. There is lots of information on the internet also. Its very addicting.

That is awesome!

What kind of climate do you have to have for them? What sort of buildings and so on? (Northern Minnesota here and not nearly a big enough garage or barn for it, I would prefer not to have it in the house due to a couple naughty cats :hide)

I live in texas. You could use a greenhouse or a basement. 65- 70º is optimum. I grow outside in all weather 35-105º all year long. Indoors is very expensive, to run the proper lighting.
