Coffee is ready. The dire weather warnings of another Snowmeggdon coming next week has sorta fizzled out. It will be cold, rainy, in the 20’s at night but above freezing in the day. I started another Pallet Palace due to my concerns that a snow and ice event would cave in the hoop shelter in the front field. So I’ll go ahead and get that finished, probably today.

I'm sitting in the dark, sipping coffee, have a stream of Christian music playing on low for Ron, and myself. Dog's been walked, feral cats are fed, I'm just relaxing.

Going to pull a hay bale off and see what I can do on getting it in with the pigs. They already have one busted up from a week ago, but I want them to have extra to burrow into.

@Baymule that palette palace looks fabulous already. And you do understand that building it, and doing it soooo well is the reason for the fizzling of the storm, right? Kind of like buying a snowblower in the Midwest sure guarantee that the winter won't have much snow.

Good Morning or afternoon
Getting ready for the cold weather here, no sleep and my brain is empty Thankfully I have a list. I just wanted to stop in and give an update on G. She is still with us. eating drinking and mothering her kids. I do hope she is going to be ok time will tell and I will keep checking her temp daily. It is suposto freeze here so I need to get the barn and the garden all set. 1 more doe left to kid then I can sleep.
