And the rich arsehole part time neighbor finally threw in the towel :gig:gig:gig:gig
Looks like a suburbia house screwing a log cabin or someone moved in to each others living space? If he gets that much for the place then we need to sell out, he doesn't even have a well there which is very impertinent and will cost the next owners $75k.
I've got 144 acres, a well with water rights, power pole on one corner of my properties, a rock quarry with mineral rights and a pole barndominium that is custom that no one will ever find one like it. I should sell our place for $1.5 million for all this.

Where does the water for the washing machine, toilet, shower, and sink come from if there's no well? And it's off grid with all those electrical appliances?

No it’s not off grid, of all places he has power running to his place over a mile long. Half of that mile I fought local power company over and stopped their poles going across my property at the corner of my property and dug a 4’ deep trench 2’ wide over half mile long with a worn out 1968 Ford backhoe which netted me a paycheck to buy a battery for my off grid solar system…define irony:lol:
Was a blowing blizzard when they finally gave the okay to bury that line, but I did it. I have (7) 20 plus acre parcels and it’s the one with a well on it where the poles stop.

Some people don’t know I’m not to be fked with.

WOAH - that's some "house" - log cabin vs modern house collision. Did he run out of logs building ?? ;)
If you sold where would you go?
I would just go right up the road. Actually the cabin was already there, he built that cookie cutter monstrosity onto it for I don’t know why, guess he wanted to feel at home in his suburbia in Billings yet in the country?

They are saying that you can just go play all you want on the 640 acres of BLM section of land next door that is leased by a local rancher who has control of if any vehicles or any hunting goes on there. He doesn't allow it cause he has cattle there.
That is the problem with real estate agents - they don't do their homework on what is what on parcels they list. We have sold 3 easements across a tiny corner of our land in the rear becuse real estate agents told the buyers of properties further up that the road crossing our property was the legal easement road, Not true, the legal road is on the face of a cliff above it. They are freee to put the road in on that legal roadway easement. LOL

As to water, the water source is listed as a cistern. I guess that means you have to haul water to fill it in dry times. City people don't ask about wells and such. But I guess if you wanted to use it as a hunting cabin it would be ok - until the rancher with the BML lease shows up and has you arrested for trespass. Or for shooting one of his cows!

It is amazing what can be done with real estate staging and photography!
