Take a pic with your phone, if it's an iPhone it'll tell you what it is (little i in a circle icon, changes into a leaf or a paw or something when you view a pic)
Can't tell from the pic, but Queen Ann's Lace comes to mind.

I think goat weed is a curse. I would love it if the sheep ate it like some sort of native forb but since it is mildly toxic I don't want it. We will spray next year as well as mow and try to get it under control. Two years ago Cody sprayed for it and we had almost none last year. This year we will also roll out our old hay bales and turn the horses into that pasture. Once we move them after a month, we will do some pasture seeding with clover and other sheep forbs. It is everywhere that people don't mow for hay.
