I like Bojangles' Bo-berry biscuits, but I order them without the icing, they're sweet enough.I made some "sweet blueberry biscuits"... the kind that come in the frigerator tube with the frosting.. usually cinnamon roll types... saw it and said hey, why not. They aren't bad... ate 3 gonna get a couple more......Not something I would go crazy for but not bad... I am not a biscuit person... it's a southern thing... and we did not eat alot of bread when I was growing up with meals... like biscuits are a part of nearly every meal in the south. Nothing wrong with it, just different upbringing... so occasionally I try something like this..
I do like cornbread though, always did as a kid... So there is something "salvageable" about this transplanted Yankee....
Sun is out, warming up near 60. We didn't get a whole lot of rain... .45 inches so almost a half inch...
Been down to check and no calves on the neighbor land, nothing on the road... No new calf at snyder's either..
Just came back in to eat something and get a drink. Going to go out and do the feeder in the leghorns, then probably work in the house some. It is clouds off and on, not calling for more rain but the ground is actually wet. Not much can do with the wet ground anyway.
